When you register as a Publisher, we collect:

Name, email address, password (hashed)
Company name
Website domain(s)
Payment information (processed via Stripe)
Tax information (W-9, W-8BEN, etc.)

Banking information (account holder, IBAN, SWIFT)
Usage Data:

1.2 Information from End Users (Website Visitors)
When you visit a publisher's website that uses Panxo, we collect:
Technical Information:
Page URL, title, referrer
Browser type and version (User-Agent)
IP address (anonymized for analytics, stored temporarily for fraud prevention)
Viewport size
Session identifiers (stored in sessionStorage only)
Behavioral Data:
AI traffic source detection (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Google AI Mode)
Page views and session duration
Ad impressions and interactions

3. How We Share Your Information
3.1 With Publishers
Publishers can see aggregated analytics about their properties. Publishers CANNOT see individual end user data or other publishers' data.
3.2 With Third Parties
Stripe: Payment processing (subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy)
Cloudflare: Infrastructure and CDN (subject to Cloudflare's Privacy Policy)
Advertisers: Anonymized metrics only, no personal information
4. Data Retention
Publisher Account Data: Retained while account is active, 30 days after deletion
End User Analytics Data: 24 months maximum
Session Data: Deleted when browser tab closes
IP Addresses: 90 days maximum
Payment Records: 7 years (tax compliance)

8. Children's Privacy
Our service is NOT intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 (COPPA). If we learn we collected data from a child, we will delete it immediately.

Primary Location: Singapore
Data may be processed in Singapore, USA (Cloudflare, Stripe), and other locations. For EU data transfers:
